1. Making the Hazard Details field mandatory

1.1. Existing system
The Hazard Details field on the Hazard Detail screen does not currently have a configuration option to make the field mandatory.
1.2. Purpose
To provide a configuration setting that allows customers to make the Hazard Details field mandatory, ensuring users provide sufficient detail when reporting a hazard.
1.3. Enhanced system
- A custom setting has been introduced to make the Hazard Details field mandatory.
- The Task Import Tool has been updated to respect this configuration.

2. Adding Hierarchy of Controls field to CAPAs created from Risk Rating screen

2.1. Existing system
The Hierarchy of Controls field is not available in the inline Action Item section of the Risk Rating screen.
2.2. Purpose
To ensure consistency between the fields in the Module Action Item screen and the common CAPA screen.
2.3. Enhanced system
- The Hierarchy of Controls field has been added to the Action Item section of the Risk Rating screen, positioned next to the Department field.
- The field inherits its configuration from the common CAPA screen.
- It has also been added to the Task Import Template and respects the same configuration settings.
