• There is no assistance available for Auditors to identify action plans for a Finding based on available information.

1.2. Purpose

• Use generative AI services to help Auditors implement effective measures that address Findings and prevent future occurrences.

1.3. Enhanced system

• Auditors can request action item recommendations for a given Finding.
• The feature is available from the Finding Detail screen.
• Recommendations are generated using Audit, Question, and Finding information.
• The feature can be subscribed to by System Administrators from the AI Subscription screen.
• Users can copy individual recommendations to create action items.
• Users can copy all recommendations using a global copy option and create action items one by one.
• The feature is also available in Mobile Pro.

2. Preventing editing of the audit completion date

2.1. Existing system

• The system currently allows editing of the audit closed date from the Program Status screen.

2.2. Purpose

• Prevent changes to the audit completion date after an audit is completed to maintain data integrity.

2.3. Enhanced system

• A custom setting determines whether the Date field can be edited once the Program Status is set to Audit Closed.
• When enabled, the Date field in the Audit Closed status popup is disabled, regardless of the logged-in user’s permissions.

• A location grid has been introduced to manage audit locations more easily.
• Users can search and add locations, with automatic saving upon confirmation.
• Location-specific start and end dates can be assigned.
• Bulk assignment options are available for dates, Lead Auditors, and Team Members.
• Recurring audit behaviour remains unchanged.
• The system intelligently pre-populates key fields to speed up assignments.
• Additional business rules guide location editing and assignment consistency.

• Auto-search fields now display the user’s email address beneath their name.
• This enhancement applies to the Basic Setup and Advanced Setup screens for Site Audits and the Corporate Audit location grid.
