1. Locking additional Incident sections once closed

1.1. Existing system (Mobile Pro)
- Once an Incident is closed, all sections except Attachments are locked in Mobile Pro.
- In version 25.4, this enhancement was released for Web only.
1.2. Purpose
- Make the Incident locking behaviour consistent in Mobile Pro.
1.3. Enhanced system
- The Attachment section is now locked in Mobile Pro when an Incident is closed.

2. Including Lessons Learned in the Incident Summary Report

2.1. Existing system
- Lessons Learned statements are not included in the Incident Summary Report.
- This reduces the overall usefulness of the report.
2.2. Purpose
- Allow EHS managers to choose whether Lessons Learned should be included in the emailed Incident Summary Report.
2.3. Enhanced system
- Lessons Learned content is now added to the Incident Summary Report.
- A checkbox on the Email Incident Summary screen allows users to include or exclude this section.

3. Exporting Contributing Factor and 5 Why analysis

3.1. Existing system
- Users cannot export the Contributing Factor and 5 Why graphical analysis.
- This limits its use in presentations and reports.
3.2. Purpose
- Provide a presentable export of Contributing Factor and 5 Why analysis for presentations and reporting.
3.3. Enhanced system
- An Export button is available in the Contributing Factors and 5 Why section.
- Exports are visually formatted and suitable for presentations.
- All Contributing Factor and Why data is included in the export.
- Five Why statements are displayed in a fixed-width, landscape layout.
- Additional Why statements appear on subsequent pages.
- Row height is fixed to ensure full content visibility.
- Root Cause and Confirmed Whys are displayed in bold beneath the relevant column.
- Each evaluation is displayed in a separate row.
- The Contributing Factor column is merged to show all evaluations together.
- Containers are visually connected using solid lines.

4. Notifications for changes to Incident sub type

4.1. Existing system
- There is no notification triggered when an Incident sub type value changes.
- Key stakeholders must be informed manually.
4.2. Purpose
- Enable EHS managers to automatically notify key users when an Incident sub type changes.
4.3. Enhanced system
- EHS managers can configure immediate notifications for changes to Incident sub type values.
- The setup is available in Notification Setup at both Module and Location levels.
- This applies to all Incident types except Injury/Illness and General Liability.
- Notifications trigger each time the configured sub type value changes.
- Notification emails display both the previous and updated values.
