1. Sharing approved Assessment reports

1.1. Existing system

• There is no way to share the Assessment report within the system with internal users or external recipients.
• Users must download the report and use external methods to share it.

1.2. Purpose

• Provide an option for Assessors to configure a notification that automatically triggers when an Assessment is approved and shares the Assessment report with configured recipients.

1.3. Enhanced system

• Within the existing notification setup, Assessors can configure a notification that triggers when an Assessment is approved.
  • The notification option is named Distribute Approved Assessment Report.
• Assessors can select system reports to be attached to the notification.
• Notifications can be sent to system users or external recipients.
• A validation is applied to the report attachment size.
  • If the attachment exceeds 22 MB, a failure notification is triggered for the Assessor.
  • This validation aligns with the email engine maximum email size limit of 25 MB.
