This article explains how to resolve an issue where audits are visible on desktop but not on a mobile device.
1. Issue
Users may experience difficulty viewing audits in the manage list view on a mobile device, even though the same audits appear correctly on a desktop. This is often caused by incorrect filter settings on the mobile device.
2. Solution
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below.
- Log in on the mobile device and select the required location.
- Navigate to the list screen and locate the filter options at the top right corner of the screen.
- Select the All Audits filter and apply it.
