This article explains how to troubleshoot being unable to see questions in a non-protocol driven audit.
1. Issue
If users cannot see the Questions or Questionnaire tab in audits, they may think there is a problem.
2. Solution.
In accordance with the system functionality for non-protocol driven audits, the option to conduct an audit will be available; however, the questions will not be displayed.
For non-protocol driven audits, although the option to perform an audit is provided, the questions will remain hidden. Users are authorised to create findings, action items, and other relevant sections. The principal distinction between protocol and non-protocol audits is that, in protocol-based audits, the questions are visible, whereas in non-protocol audits, only the findings and action items are presented.
