This article helps you, whenever, you experience issues with mobile data is not synching or any kind of issues such, data is not in sync with web, web data not showing in mobile, or data not loading, or any unusual issues, below steps will help you to fix most of the mobile issues.
1. Issue
Mobile applications may experience issues due to the accumulation of temporary files known as cache.
Over time, these files can become corrupted, outdated, or excessively large.
This may result in the application lagging, freezing, crashing, or failing to load correctly.
2. Solution
To resolve this issue, please follow the steps outlined below according to your device.
2.1. Clearing app cache – Android
2.1.1. Clear cache for a specific application
- Open Settings.
- Navigate to Apps or Apps & notifications.
- Select the application you wish to manage.
- Tap Storage.
- Select Clear Cache.
Note: Please do not select “Clear Data” unless you intend to reset the application.
2.1.2. Clear all application cache (available on certain Android versions)
- Open Settings.
- Navigate to Storage.
- Tap Cached data.
- Confirm by tapping OK to clear all cached data.
2.2. Clearing app cache – iOS (iPhone/iPad)
iOS does not provide a direct method to clear cache as Android does; however, the following options are available:
2.2.1. Offload (retains your data while removing temporary files)
- Open Settings.
- Select General.
- Tap iPhone Storage.
- Choose the application.
- Tap Offload App.
- Then tap Reinstall App.
