Users who need to check whether a risk assessment record can be edited.
Permissions are required only for draft assessments.
This article explains how to confirm whether a risk assessment record is editable and whether you have the required permissions to make changes.
1. Checking whether a risk assessment record can be edited
Before attempting to edit a risk assessment, verify whether the record is in draft or approved status. Approved records cannot be edited by users and can only be changed through backend data scripts. Draft records can be edited if you have the correct permissions.
- Navigate to Modules and select Risk Assessment.
- Select the Manage screen.
- Choose the required record and check its status under the Approval tab.
Note: Records with an approved status cannot be modified.
- Records with a draft status can be edited if you have the necessary permissions.
