This article provides troubleshooting steps for users unable to log in to the mobile app.
1. Issue
When a user attempts to log in to the application using their credentials, they encounter the following error:
This issue arises when the user enters incorrect credentials and the user does not exist.
2. Solution
When a user is unable to access the mobile application, please try to perform below steps:
- Confirm User email: Make sure user is entering the exact email address registered in the system (including domain and spelling).
- Update the app: Ensure user has the latest version of the Ideagen EHS app installed. If needed, uninstall and reinstall the app.
- Retry login: After confirming the above, try logging in again.
