This article explains how to download and install the mobile app on an Android device. The same steps apply to iOS devices.

1. Downloading the mobile application

1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.
2. Search for EHS in the Play Store.
3. Check whether a compatibility message appears.
   • If you see a message stating that the app will not function on your device, it may be because the device is running an older Android version. The app may require Android 10 or later.
4. Confirm your Android version by going to Settings, selecting About phone, then Software information, and reviewing the version number.
5. Make sure the Google Play Store and Google Play Services are fully updated.
6. Clear the Play Store cache if the app still does not appear or cannot be installed.
   • Go to Settings and open Apps.
   • Choose Google Play Store and open Storage.
   • Select Clear cache and Clear data.
7. If installation still fails, try installing the app through a web browser. Open the Google Play Store website, search for the app, and attempt installation while signed in with the same Google account used on your device.
