Resetting a users password within the system

Users who want to reset a password.
Administrators can reset a user's password by sending a reset email through the application.
This article explains how administrators can reset a user’s password by sending a password reset email.
1. Resetting a users password
- Click Setup.
- Click Security.
- Click Users.

- Click the user’s name from the user list.

- Click the Reset Password button.

- The user will receive an email at their registered email address with instructions to set a new password. Ask the user to follow the link in the email to complete the reset process.
Tip: If the email is not received, confirm that the user’s email address is correct. Ask the user to check their Spam, Junk, or Other folders, as automated messages may be routed there.
