Troubleshooting App Builder access issues

Users who are experiencing issues with the visibility of an App Builder – App within the system.
App builder and sharing settings are required.
This article provides troubleshooting guidance for users who are unable to view an App Builder app.
1. Issue
A common issue occurs when a user attempts to access or view a specific App Builder application, but the application does not appear in their list of available apps.
2. Solution
To resolve this issue, the user should contact their system administrator to review and update the necessary permissions. The following two areas must be checked.
2.1. Overall app builder module permissions
- Navigate to Settings, then Security, and select Users.
- Open the profile of the user who has reported the issue.
- Go to Application Permissions, select App Builder, and click Role.
- Verify whether the user has been assigned the appropriate permissions.
2.2. App‑specific share permissions
For the specific App Builder application:
- Access the application and click Modify.
- Navigate to App Settings and select Share.
- Confirm whether the user has the appropriate access permissions for that application.
