Users should have permission to add, delete and modify BBS permissions.

In the behavior based safety module, immediate notifications are triggered when a user creates an observation that is classified as an at‑risk behavior. These notifications are sent to the individual observed and the observers to ensure timely awareness and support corrective actions.

1. How at-risk behaviour observations generate instant notifications in BBS

1. Go to Modules and select Behavior Based Safety, then open Report Observation Data Peer‑Peer.
2. Create an observation by completing all mandatory fields, then scroll down and select the At‑Risk behavior.
3. Click Save.

4. An immediate email notification will be sent to the individual observed and the observers.
