Adding Required Comments for At‑Risk Behaviour in Behavior Based Safety Observations

Users who want to understand when comments are required while reporting an observation in the BBS module.Users should have permission to Add, Modify the BBS permissions.
When documenting an observation in the Behavior Based Safety (BBS) module, selecting “At Risk” Behaviour requires a comment to provide context for follow-up and improvement.
This article explains the correct way to enter comments when choosing At Risk behaviour in the observation form.
Entering Mandatory Comments for “At Risk” Behaviour
To proceed:
- Navigate to Modules and then to BBS.
- Now click on Report Observation Data (Peer to Peer).
- Select the relevant work area for your report and complete all mandatory fields. If “At Risk” is selected, the Comments field will become Mandatory field.
- Enter the necessary comment detailing the observed at-risk behaviour.
- Complete the remaining fields and save the observation.
