This article will walk you through how to enable and update the Status lookup values so the Status dropdown displays correctly when adding behaviors.
1. Enabling status options for behavior details
When adding new behaviours to the Behaviour List, users may encounter an error indicating that the Status field lacks a value. This issue typically arises when the lookup value for Status is not configured as Active, which prevents the system from displaying the options in the dropdown menu. To resolve this:
- Navigate to Setup and proceed to Module Setup.
- Select Behaviour Based Safety.
- Locate the lookup value labelled Status.
- Edit the lookup and ensure the value is set to Active.
- Once updated, the dropdown in Behavior Details will display a Status:
- Active
- Inactive
- Habit strength
6. Return to the Behavior List and reattempt adding your behavior.
