Updating end dates and reporting frequencies in Performance Management

This article outlines how to extend program end dates in the performance management module and update the related reporting frequencies. Adjusting the reporting frequency is essential; otherwise, users cannot enter data beyond the original schedule, disrupting data entry and reporting.
This guide helps users update these settings themselves within the application, avoiding delays. Following these steps ensures smooth data entry and reporting during the extended period.
Extending Sustainability/Performance Management Programs and Reporting Schedules
1. Select the Setup icon.
2. Choose the Module Setup menu item.
3. Select the Performance Management menu item.
4. Select the Program Management menu item within Setup.
5. Choose the desired program from the list. Extend the program end date as necessary, then click Save.
6. Click on the Reporting Frequency tab.
7. Click the Add/Edit button.
8. Select the "Change Frequency" radio button, then choose the KPIs for which you wish to extend reporting frequencies from the KPI name dropdown list.
9. To extend the reporting frequency, reset the First Due Date and Repeat Until fields accordingly.
10. Set the First Due Date and Repeat Until dates based on the program's start and end dates, then click Save.
