Users who are unable to select the programme on the view data screen, as it does not appear as an option.

View permissions for the program are required to resolve the issue.

This article offers a clear, step-by-step guide to help users fix the issue of being unable to select a programme on the view data screen themselves.

1. Issue

Users attempt to select the program in the filter on the View Data screen to view the data for the program; however, the programs are not visible for selection within the filters. Please refer to the attached screenshot for your reference. 

2. Solution

To resolve this issue, we kindly request you to please contact your system administrator to assign the appropriate view permissions for the programs. This occurs when you do not have the necessary permissions to view the data for the program. 

Users will be able to access their System Administrator's contact information from the Help menu. 

1. Click on the Help icon.
2. The System Admin details will be displayed, providing the Name, E-mail, and contact number.
