Viewing inactive courses or sessions
Who is this article for?
Users who want to view their training that is in an inactive status in the training record of employees.
Users must have Edit session and View session permissions to view inactive session or course status.
This article explains how to view training sessions or courses that are inactive, allowing users and administrators to review training history and completed learning records.
1. Viewing inactive courses or sessions
- Navigate to Module and select Learning Management Module.
- Click Manage Session List.
- Click the Edit icon.
- Select Employee course status = Inactive or Session status = Inactive.
- Scroll down to Select Column and move Employee course status and Session course status from Available Columns to Selected Columns.
- Click View Results.
- The inactive records will be displayed in the Manage Session List screen.
