Users who need to access the HRMS, ELS and Hours feed processing reports in Insight.

This article explains how to access the HRMS, ELS and Hours feed processing reports in Insight and outlines the setup checks required if a user cannot view them.

1. Navigation paths for each report

Each report is located within Insight. Begin by opening Insight, then go to the Content tab, open Team Content, and browse to Ideagen EHS (Priya) Reports. From there, follow the paths below depending on the report you need.

1.1 Accessing the HRMS report

1. Open Foundation.
2. Go to Feed Reports.
3. Choose HRMS.

1.2 Accessing the ELS report

1. Open Foundation.
2. Go to Feed Reports.
3. Choose Org Components.

1.3 Accessing the Hours report

1. Open Integrated Incident Management.
2. Go to Feed Reports.
3. Choose Hours.

2. Setup check

To view these reports, the user must be assigned the required Groups. Without these groups, the feed processing reports will not appear in Insight.

Note: That once a group is assigned, access may take up to 24 hours to become available.
