Troubleshooting module package not visible in Insights

Users troubleshooting the issue of not being able to view module packages in Insights.
Module and Insight permissions re needed to view the packages.
1. Issue
When user opens insights to create a report for a specific module the package is not visible.
It occurs when they don't have the module and insights permissions.
2. Solution
To resolve this, please follow these steps:
- Open the application.
- Go to Setup.
- Select Security and Users.
- Choose the relevant user.
- For the selected user, go to the application permission tab and, under module selections, select the required module.
- Next, go to the Insights permissions tab and select either consumer or author, depending on your needs.
- Click Save.
Once you have made these changes, please allow up to 24 hours for them to take effect.
