1. Issue

User cannot access the feed folder or reports in Insights.

2. Solution

To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

1. Open the application.
2. Go to Setup.
3. Select Security.
4. Click on Groups.
5. Open the relevant BI group (e.g., BI WCC Feed Admin).
6. Add the user and save your changes.
