This guide will help the user in troubleshooting user unable to schedule the report in insights
1. Issue
The user cannot schedule the report and needs guidance on how to do so.
The user is unaware of the necessary steps and choices required to create a schedule successfully.
2. Solution
To resolve the issue, please follow the steps outlined below:
- For the selected report, click on the action menu.
- Select Properties.
- Click on the Schedule tab.
- Select Create Schedule.
- Choose the frequency according to your requirements.
- Navigate to the Options tab and select either Excel or PDF, as required.
- Scroll down to the Delivery Section and select the Edit Details option.
- Enter the email address in the "To" section.
- Ensure that the Attach Report Output option is selected at the bottom.
- Navigate to the Prompt tab and select the Set Values option.
- Enter the required prompt page filter value selections according to your needs, then Save and Close.
