1. Issue
A specific user cannot see the correct Key Custom Outputs on the insights landing page, although it displays correctly for others.
This happens when a user shares an email ID across multiple environments in Insights, causing the Key Custom Outputs to change based on the environment.
2. Solution
To resolve the issue, follow these steps:
- Ensure your profile uses a unique email ID. Update any duplicate email IDs in other environments (such as UAT or Mirrors) to something unique.
- Wait for the server to refresh, then check again after 24 hours.
