This article explains how to export an assessment to a new sample plan within the industrial hygiene module.

1. Access the industrial hygiene module

1. Click the module icon.
2. Click the industrial hygiene menu item.
3. Click the export assessment to new sample plan menu item.
4. On the create sample plan screen, enter the required details for the new sample plan.
   • Enter the sample plan name.
   • Enter the start date and end date.
5. Complete all remaining fields and click Save.
