This guide explains how to create report shortcuts in the key custom outputs section on the insights landing page.

Tip: Users with a BI author or consumer role for a module can access its entries. If an entry is created without specifying a module, all such users can view it. Access to reports, dashboards, or folders depends on permissions set for those objects. Entries can be created for reports, dashboards, folders, or external web URLs.

1. Add report shortcuts to key custom outputs on the Insights landing page

1. Select the + icon.
2. Navigate to the relevant report, dashboard, or folder you want to create a shortcut for.
3. Select the three dots next to the item name.
4. Select Share.

5. Copy the URL from the dialogue box.

6. Complete the required fields and select Save.
