Understanding reminder notification trigger conditions

Users who want to understand how reminder notifications work for learning or training sessions.
Add, edit and view permissions are required.
This article explains how reminder notifications are triggered based on user status, due dates, and system configuration.
1. Reminder trigger conditions
- Navigate to the Module icon and select Learning Management.
- Go to Schedule Training / Manage Session List.
- Click the Add button.
- Complete all fields and click Save.
Once the session is saved, navigate to the reminder tab and click New.
- The system will not send reminders to users whose status is:
- Complete
- Exempt
- Attended
Set up all fields to trigger the notification.
Reminders are triggered only for users whose status is Incomplete.
Note: The system will always send one reminder to the user, even if multiple reminders overlap.
When a new employee is added, they are automatically included in the reminder session if their training status is Incomplete.
- Once the reminder is saved, the reminder will be sent to users based on the setup.
