Users need the View Investigation permission to access AI‑generated summaries. This ensures only authorised users can view investigation details.

1. Enhancing incident investigations with AI summaries and smart action plans
AI provides action item recommendations based on the incident and investigation details. These recommendations appear in the root cause analysis section, with suggested actions for each identified root cause category.
1.1 Using and accessing AI summaries and smart action plans
- The AI summary appears on the summary screen and is organised into three sections: what happened, investigation outcome and action plan.
- To enable AI features, go to Setup and select System Setup.
- Select AI Disclaimer.
- Read and accept the disclaimer and terms. Acceptance is required before AI options can be enabled.
- After accepting the disclaimer, enable AI for a specific location or for all locations.
- Choose the module where AI will be activated, such as incident management.
