This article helps troubleshoot issues with entering data for a location on the Enter Data screen.
1. Issue
Users frequently submit tickets indicating that they are unable to enter data for a specific location. They receive an error message stating, "Reporting Frequency not configured for selected program and the location".
2. Solution
To resolve the issue, users should contact their system administrator to get the reporting frequency for their location. Once assigned, users can enter the program data.
System Administrator contact details are available in the Help menu. Users should reach out for system navigation or access support.
- Click on the Help icon.
- The System Admin will be displayed, providing the Name, E-mail, and contact number to reach.
