Creating and locking an audit program in the Audit Management module

This guide offers a step-by-step process for creating an audit programme in the audit management module and securing it with locking features. It covers configuring a protocol-driven audit, completing the questionnaire, locking responses, and closing and locking the audit programme to maintain data integrity and compliance.
1. Audit program creation and closure procedures
- Go to Modules and select Audit Management, then click Create New.

- Enter the audit program name and set Protocol Driven to Yes.

- Select the protocol and protocol type.
- Set the option Lock Questionnaire Response based on Program Status "Lock Questionnaire" to Yes.
- Set the option Lock entire Audit Program based on Program Status "Audit Closed" to Yes.
- Once all mandatory details are complete, click Perform Audit.

- Enter all responses to the questions and click Save. Once saved, the program status field will be enabled.
- Click Lock Questionnaire to lock the questionnaire section.

- Click OK to confirm locking the questionnaire responses.
2. Steps to lock a closed audit program
- Enter all audit program details.
- Once all sections are complete, navigate to Synopsis.
- Enter the audit synopsis and click Save.
- Change the program status to Audit Closed.

- The questionnaire and perform audit sections will now display a lock icon.
