Users who want to refresh or reload audit protocols during an ongoing audit.

Permissions are required to perform this activity.

This article explains how to use the reload function to update a protocol that is already in use during an audit.

Example: A new question was added to an existing protocol. During the audit, the new question was not visible in the questionnaire. After reloading the protocol, the question became visible.

1. Using the reload function to update protocols mid-audit

1. Click the Modules icon.
2. Click the Audit Management menu item.
3. Click the Manage Audits menu item.

4. Click the Name of the Audit Program.

5. Click the Perform Audit tab.
6. Click the Questionnaire tab.
7. Click Reload Protocol.
