The investigator report provides comprehensive information about an incident, including details on the employee, supervisor, department, and work shift. It compiles data from various modules to help reviewers efficiently complete their investigation. This feature can be turned on or off via a private custom setting.
- Only available for injury and illness incidents.
- For multiple injuries, only the first employee's details are shown.
- Metrics from other modules (e.g., BBS, training, asset) appear only if subscribed.
- IMS statistics are shown only when the incident has a completed detail report; drafts or incomplete reports may lack data.
- Statistics reflect the incident date but are captured when the detail report is completed.
- Statistics do not update if changes are made after report completion.
