Users who want to assign lessons learned applicability review to other locations and groups.
Incident management module permissions are required.
This article explains how to assign a lessons learned applicability review to other locations and groups so they can confirm whether the conditions apply locally.
1. Assigning a lessons learned applicability review
- Click the Lessons Learned Details link on the Incident Detail Summary page.
- Click Save on the Lessons Learned – Report Details page.
- The Assign button becomes available (based on permissions) after saving the lessons learned details for the first time.
- Click Assign to open the Applicability Review Assignment screen.
- Add the Location(s) and Group(s) that should receive the applicability review.
- Optionally, click New to add action items.
- After the first save, you cannot remove previously selected locations or groups, but you can add new ones. Action items also cannot be added, edited, or deleted after this point.
- Track the status of each applicability review by location and group on the Applicability Review Status screen.
- Click View Result to see assignment details and comments from each assigned location.
