The Enhesa integration for Ideagen Regulatory Intelligence has transitioned from a legacy SOAP-based interface to a modern REST API, delivering improved scalability and performance whilst maintaining the same user experience.

Understanding the legacy system

The previous Enhesa Ideagen Regulatory Intelligence integration relied on a SOAP-based interface. This legacy system could no longer support the required scale of Ideagen Regulatory Intelligence or meet customer performance expectations, leading to its retirement.

Understanding the enhanced system

The Enhesa integration now uses the new REST API in place of the retired SOAP interface. This provides a more scalable and performant foundation for Ideagen Regulatory Intelligence, with no change to the end-user experience.

The REST API delivers the same regulatory intelligence content and functionality you expect, whilst operating more efficiently behind the scenes to support larger-scale deployments and faster response times.
