Text Area fields show more text by default

Previously, Text Area fields displayed only 4 rows by default and could not be expanded. Where a field allowed a large entry (for example, 4,000 characters), users couldn't read the full content in place and often had to copy it into Word instead.

Text Area fields now display 10 rows by default instead of 4.

• The change applies automatically to all modules for all customers, with no configuration required.
• It affects appearance only — character limits, validation and stored values are unchanged.
• It brings these fields in line with the Risk Rating screen fields, which were already updated.

Filter User Profile widget by custom date range

Previously, the User Profile Widget's date filter did not offer an option to select a custom multi-year date range.

You can now filter User Profile Widget data by any period within the allowed range.

A Date Range option has been added to the widget's date filter. Users can pick a From and To date, and the widget will refresh its counts across the modules it summarises.

• The range is limited to two years. Selecting a longer range is blocked, with the message "Select a date range within 2 years."
• Both past and future dates can be selected.
• A new Previous and Current Calendar Year filter has also been added for convenience.
• Clicking a count opens a list that uses the same date range.
• Existing filter options and other profile widgets remain unchanged.
