Permission to edit tasks is required.

Only activities with an Approval Status of Enabled are displayed on the Calendar. 

This article outlines the steps required to disable a task and is split into the following sections:

1. How to Disable a Task Action Item

1. Click Modules.
2. Click on the Task Management menu item, and then click Manage Tasks.
3. Click on the name of the task to view the details screen.
4. Expand the Complete section.
5. Locate the Approval Status field.
6. Set Approval Status to Draft.

7. Click Save.
