1. Patient Age Calculation Accuracy in SOAP Notes
In the current system, the Age field in Years within SOAP Notes, under General details, is calculated based on the Date of Birth entered by the user. However, it does not accurately display the age in both years and months, rounding up the years to the nearest whole number. For instance, 26.8 years gets rounded up to 27 years, and 26.3 gets rounded up to 26 years. The purpose of this enhancement is to ensure the accurate capture of the correct age in SOAP Notes.

1.2 Enhanced System
The enhanced system has the following new feature:
- Accurate capture of the correct age in SOAP Notes.
2. Alert for Deleting Associated Equipment Linked with Fit Test/Spirometry/Audiometric Encounters
In the current system, there is no alert displayed when attempting to delete the associated Equipment linked with Encounters for all records, allowing users to delete the equipment without notification. The purpose of this enhancement is to disallow users from deleting the associated equipment linked with specified encounters, ensuring more controlled and deliberate actions.

2.2 Enhanced System
The enhanced system has the following new feature:
- Users will get an alert message when they try to delete the associated Equipment.
- The below screenshots are an example of the new enhancement, when a user attempts to delete equipment inside Sample 1.
- The user clicks the tickbox Fit Test Device and then the Delete button.
- A Failure error will show that the Equipment cannot be deleted as it is already in use.
3. Locking Sample Modifications After MRO Review is Saved in Alcohol Test Encounter
In the Alcohol Test Encounter of the existing system, a functional gap has been identified, allowing users to add, modify, or delete new samples after the MRO Review is saved. The purpose of this enhancement is to restrict users from making changes to existing samples once the MRO Review has been saved, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
