1. ProcessMAP Mobile App Transfer from Process Map Store to Ideagen Store
Important: Due to this store movement, existing saved password for OKTA/AZURE will be cleared.
2. Checkmarx OWASP 2016 Encryption Algorithm from DES to AES
2.1 Enhanced System
We have addressed a security vulnerability by transitioning from the DES to AES encryption algorithm. As a result, all user passwords will be cleared from the login page, even if the saved password feature is enabled. Users are required to provide their password during the initial login to the application. Subsequent successful logins will enable the system to save the password for future use.
3. Access the App in Offline Mode Without Disabling Mobile Internet
In the existing system, there is currently no option to manually activate offline mode without disrupting the mobile network. Consequently, users encounter performance issues when attempting to report data in areas with slow network connectivity. The purpose of this enhancement is to introduce a feature that allows users to manually enable offline mode. It aims to empower end-users to switch to offline mode, enabling them to report data seamlessly in slow network conditions without compromising the app's performance.

3.2 Enhanced System
The enhanced system has the following new features:
- Provided the option in the settings screen to turn on offline mode manually without turning off the mobile internet.
- Indication of manual offline mode activation on the app header section, this will disappear once the offline mode setting is turned off.
- After the manual offline mode is turned on, the app will behave the same as the current offline mode.
- The manual offline mode will persist unless it is turned off by the user irrespective of logout and login again or the app is being killed by the user.
4. Mobile Course Access Notification Link Enhancement
In the existing system, when a course is opened from an email link on an iPhone or Android device using the Google Chrome browser, the link redirects the user to open it in the browser on the mobile device. However, users encounter difficulty in closing the course video window as there is no apparent Close or X option. This inconvenience forces users to resort to clearing their tabs to exit the course. Additionally, users face an error message when trying to launch the same course from the web, indicating that the course is already open in a separate tab or window. The purpose of this new enhancement is to elevate the system's functionality by allowing users to seamlessly navigate to the app when accessing the notification link on their mobile devices.

5. Introducing Search Filter Functionality for Mobile LMS
In the existing system, the LMS module on mobile lacks the capability to perform searches within the My Training section. This limitation poses a challenge for end-users who struggle to efficiently view their completed or ongoing courses. Presently, users must navigate through each course individually, leading to a time-consuming process.
The purpose of this enhancement is to address this issue by implementing a search option within the My Training section. This aims to empower users to quickly search and locate their respective trainings, improving overall usability and efficiency.
