1. Importing KPI Data for Department
The existing system lacks an import tool for department-level reporting data. The purpose is to enhance flexibility for customers by providing an import tool that facilitates the importation of data specifically for department-level reporting.

1.2 Enhanced System
The enhanced system has the following new features:
- Existing import tool has been enhanced to support data for department level reporting.
- In the existing import template an optional department column has been added.
- Users can import data for both Location and Department in on go.
- For KPIs reporting data at Location, the Department column can be left blank in the template.
- After import the validation screen will validate each row based on KPI configuration and if it is Location or Department reporting and process it accordingly.
