1. Increase the Character Limit for Job Title to 250 Characters (Foundation)

The goal of this enhancement is for the Employee Title field to display complete information of the Title, allowing for entries of up to 250 characters in the application.

To access Employee General Details in the application, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Foundation Package.
2. Click on Setup, then Enterprise Setup.
3. Then, click Employees and Employee Information.
4. Finally, choose Employee General Details from the drop down.

2. Add New Language Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Gujarati to Product

The goal of this feature is to enable users to view multilingual data for all supported fields across all modules in Gujarati, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages by changing the content language settings in Cognos.

The Content Language field has changed from default English to Gujarati and the data for Calendar Category is appearing in Gujarati, the behavior will be same with the other newly added languages for all the supported fields.

3. Select the OSHA PEL as a Noise Setting in the Regulatory Name Dropdown

The goal of this feature is to allow the user to view the selected OSHA PEL information within the Regulatory Name field.

To access Noise Equipment Settings follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Industrial Hygiene Package.
2. Click on Planned Sample, then Sample Equipment.
3. Finally, choose Noise Equipment Settings from the dropdown.

4. Entering Sample Results Beyond mg/m³ with Automated Conversion in the Application

The goal of this enhancement is to enable users to view both the converted value and converted unit for the Lab Concentration in the specified fields.

To access Sample Result Information in the Industrial Hygiene Package, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Industrial Hygiene Package.
2. Click on Planned Sample, then Planned Sample Result.
3. Finally, choose Sample Result Information to open a drop down menu.

5. Make Noise Adjustment to the Dose Results as per Australia Requirements

The goal of this enhancement is to allow the user to view the Adjustment Factor values in the specified field if there are any applicable adjustments based on the work shift.

To access Result Noise Equipment in the Industrial Hygiene Package, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Industrial Hygiene Package.
2. Click on Planned Sample, then Planned Sample Result.
3. Click Sample Result Information, then Noise Dosimeter.
4. Finally, choose Result Noise Equipment to open a drop down menu.

6. Increase the Character Limit for Job Title to 250 characters (Occupational)

The goal is to update the Job Title field to display complete information of the Job Title, allowing entries of up to 250 characters in the application.

To access General Information within the Occupational Health Package, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Occupational Health Package.
2. Click on Appointment Central.
3. Finally, click General Information to access Job Title.

7. Add a New Field Vehicle Incident Type

The aim of this feature is to incorporate a new field labeled Vehicle Incident Type into the system.

Follow the below instructions to access the Vehicle Incident Types:

1. Navigate to Setup and Lookup Information.
2. Click Module Setup, then Vehicle Accident Setup.
3. Click Vehicle Accident Details.
4. Finally, click Vehicle Incident Types to open a drop down menu.

5. The same field has been added under Claims Details, Vehicle Claims and then TPA Incident Details.

8. Add a New KPI to the Vehicle Incident Metrics

The goal is to add a new measure, specifically the Vehicle Accident Rate, to the Cognos package.

9. Increase the Character Limit for Job Title to 250 characters (IMS)

The goal is to increase the Job Title length to 250 characters, achieved by refreshing the necessary data items in the IMS Package to display the extended character limit.

10. IMS Confidential Incident

The objective is to enhance the IMS package by adding a field that allows the identification of confidential incidents. Follow these steps to report confidential incidents in the IMS package:

1. Navigate to Incident Details.
2. Click Common Details.
3. Click the Would You Like To Make This Incident Confidential field.
