This article outlines feature changes and enhancements introduced with this update.
1. Features
1.1. Historical SOAP Notes View
SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan) notes play a crucial role in healthcare documentation, providing a standardized format for healthcare providers to record and communicate patient information.
Prior to 24.1, the Healthcare provider didn't get a holistic view of the SOAP notes associated with an event/incident. We wanted to enable providers to conveniently review relevant information and observations related to the respective incident in one place.
This enhancement:
- Gives the option to view all SOAP notes associated with an incident as a ready reference.
To see these, "Work Related" needs to be set to 'Yes' and be linked with an Incident ID.
1.2. Calibration Date Notifications
Equipment Calibration is a crucial process where precision and accuracy in measurements are essential. If equipment calibration is expired and the equipment is not recalibrated within the specified timeframe, several consequences may arise, particularly in industries where precise measurements are critical, such as in healthcare, manufacturing, laboratory settings, and environmental monitoring.
In previous versions, there was no option to send Details for Equipment Calibration dates, which may lead to delay to take actions and result in wrong readings. Our goal was to change this to aid timely maintenance and accuracy.
This enhancement:
- Allows user to define the reminder dates to notify appropriate stakeholders.
