1. Features

1.1. Audit Management

  • Added "Is this a Text Response Question" to Question Details (under Audit Questions). With this, you can identify if the question is enabled for a Free Text Response.

  • Added "Is the Answer a Free Text" to Questionnaires. With this, you can determine if the question is enabled for Free Text Response and update the Answer to display the response.

  • Updated Questionnaire display to only show applicable questions, hiding dependent questions that didn't need to be answered.

1.2. Reports & BI

  • Updated multilingual data to display for all supported fields in all modules after changing the language in Cognos.

  • Made SEG selectable without having to select Employee related fields. You can extract the same information from Location SEG (under Location Setup).

  • Included "Assigned Shift Length" under Sample Activity Details (in Sample Equipment) to give access to Assigned Shift Length information.

  • Included Bulk Assignment Status section fields in the model to view Assignment Status.

  • Included "Is this session created with Bulk Assignment feature" under Session to know if the session is created with Bulk Assignment feature.
