1. Features

1.1. Group selection for Document releases

Previously, each user had to be added manually to the additional release notifications list.

We have added the option to select groups based on corporate hierarchy and location. When the Document is released, users within the listed groups will receive release notifications and be required to acknowledge it.

1.2. Customisable Document watermark

We introduced the ability to configure Document watermarks, allowing you to customise the text users will see when viewing uncontrolled copies.

1.3. Restoring Document versions

Previously, there was no option to restore a Document from any version.

We have now implemented a feature that lets you restore a previous Document version, including attached files. It will only be available to Document Owners and Coordinators.
