This article outlines feature changes, enhancements, and fixes introduced with this update.
1. Features
1.1. Show all sections selected by default in Email Incident Summary
A new configuration option will be introduced for the Email Incident Summary Report. This option requires users to manually select sections other than "General Details," thereby preventing the accidental sharing of unwanted information.
The enhanced system will feature a public configuration that determines whether all sections or just "General Details" are selected by default in the Email Incident Summary screen.
If this configuration is enabled, all sections will be selected by default; if disabled, only "General Details" will be selected by default.
This new configuration will be available to all customers after its release, providing the flexibility to have all sections selected by default when enabled.
12. AI-Powered Incident Summary and Action Item Suggestions
To enhance Incident Management, advanced AI capabilities have been introduced to automatically generate detailed incident summaries, including investigation results and action plans.
This will enable quicker reviews and informed decision-making. Additionally, the AI will make it easier for corporate users to understand regional incidents created in different languages by providing summaries in their logged-in language. Furthermore, the AI will assist investigators by recommending action plans based on available incident investigation details, improving the quality of action plans and reducing the recurrence of incidents.
The enhanced system will feature a new AI tool that allows incident reviewers to generate quick summaries of incidents, regardless of the language in which they were created, in their logged-in language. These AI-generated summaries will be available on the summary screen and will categorize information into three sections: What Happened, Investigation Outcome, and Action Plan.
Another AI tool will provide action item recommendations to incident investigators based on the available incident and investigation details. These AI-recommended actions will be available in the Root Cause Analysis section of the investigation, with recommendations provided for each identified Root Cause Category.

1.3. Confidential attachments
A new section has been introduced for uploading confidential attachments related to incidents, available only on the web. This section features distinct permissions based on incident type for viewing, adding, editing, and deleting attachments, both for oneself and others. It is visible in the incident only to users with at least view permission for this section. New permissions provide system administrators with greater control over who can upload, view, modify, and delete attachments in the new section.
Additionally, users have the option to change the status of confidential attachments to non-confidential at a later time, moving the attachment to the existing regular attachment section and making it accessible to all users with the appropriate permissions for that section.
Attachments in this new section are not included in any export or reports. In the case of integrated incidents, the new section will be visible even if the user has permission for any one of the incident types.
To delete a confidential attachment, the user must have delete permission for all incident types.
