1. Features
1.1. Additional Language support within Product for Argentinian Spanish
With this enhancement, users will be able to access the new language, offering them a more localized and tailored experience.
1.2. Enabling AI Features by Location
Previously, administrators could provide consent and enable or disable AI features at an organizational level. However, there was no way to control which specific locations these AI features would be available in.
This limitation can pose challenges for organizations operating across multiple locations with diverse operational needs, as they lacked the flexibility to tailor AI feature availability based on local requirements.
With the new Locations tab, administrators can now assign the AI features globally applying them across all locations or tailor them to specific locations as needed.
1.3. Upgrade Export and Import Excel Documents from .xls to .xlsx file
The previous import and export functionality supported the .xls file format.
With the enhancement, the excel documents will be upgraded to .xlsx format for excel documents. This upgrade ensures better compatibility with modern tools and workflows, providing users with a more robust and seamless experience when handling data imports and exports.
It has been implemented in the following areas:
- Export functionality on all list screens where the Export tab is available. This applies system-wide.
- Downloadable import templates for the Foundation and Risk Assessment modules.
- Importing completed templates back into the system, specifically for the Foundation and Risk Assessment modules.
