Before your migration: what administrators need to know

• Email addresses - every user account must have a valid email address before migration. Check your user list now and resolve any gaps.
• SSO configuration - your IT team will need to redirect your SSO provider to the new Hub URL. Ideagen will provide this ahead of your migration date - we recommend looping in your IT team early so they are ready to act quickly.
• URL allowlisting - if your organisation restricts URL access, you will need to add the Hub URL to your allowlist. Ideagen will confirm the URL in advance of your migration date.
