1.1. Action item change history
Previously, there was no option to track Action item field changes.
To help Auditors and Supervisors to audit key information changes, we enabled the option to view history in the Action item details screen.

1.2. Filter tooltips
Previously, there was no help text for Action item data points.
To aid better understanding of the filters, we added custom tooltips for each Action item data point.
