This article outlines feature changes, enhancements, and fixes introduced with this update.
1. Features
1.1. Future audit restriction
Previously, Auditors had the option to complete questionnaires on audits scheduled in the future, leading to compliance and quality issues.
To address these concerns, we introduced a public configuration for Administrators to restrict questionnaires based on the audit start date.
This restriction applies for existing audits, but only if no question in the questionnaire has been answered when the restriction is enabled.
You can learn more about the feature by following the demo video below.
This feature is also available on mobile with the release of version 25.1.
1.2. Question Import tool enhancements
Previously, you fed back that the Question Import tool lacked essential features, such as:
- Data mapping screen that allows for on the fly corrections.
- Options for text response questions.
- Ability to import question translations.
To improve the usability of the tool, we leveraged the latest capabilities of the Import tool framework to introduce support for all latest features.
These enhancements include:
- Ability for Administrators to upload Question and Guide Note translations for subscribed languages.
- Ability for Administrators to configure text response questions through the tool.
- Ability for Administrators to make corrections from the Data Mapping screen.
- Ability for Administrators to view import history of all users.
- Localised data error display in the user's logged in language.
- Upgraded import template with standard formatting.
