Update Dynamic Tags

In this release you can now export the lookup values for bulk translation updates and then import the lookup values translations in bulk. In addition you can also display the imported lookup value translation status and history.

This enhancement includes:

• Anew Menu Name is "Dynamic Tags Pro".
• Enhanced dynamic tag management with multiple features.
• Users can filter lookups with different conditions as below:
  
  • • Based on empty lookup value by single or multiple languages.
    • Based on the modules.
    • Other conditions applied to a string field.
• Default columns and their usage
  
  • • UID - Unique ID for each tag. The UID shouldn't be changed, if it's changed the lookup value update won't happen correctly.
    • Module Name - To identify or filter lookup based on module
    • Lookup Values - Lookup Name
    • Field - The lookup value data
    • Language columns

Display, Change, or Export Data By Language

This enhancement allows you to:

• Update lookup value translations in bulk
• Update multiple modules and lookup value translations in bulk

Updating multiple languages

This enhancement:

• Provides the option to display multiple languages in a row.
• Allows you to update the languages from the list screen.

View data storage information

This enhancement:

• Allows you to display spaces used by the customer for database, files, and data mart by module.
• Download the chart with the file types:
  • • PNG
    • JPEG
    • PDF
    • CSV

View permission change signature

As an administrator you may need to view the permission change signature as per the user update and the history of the role change.

This enhancement:

• Displays the latest signature only for the permissions added or updated.
• Display the role history by version and permission.
• Creates a new version each time the permissions are added or updated to a role.
• Displays the history with the latest version order.

Export the activity log to an Excel file

This enhancement:

• Provides the option to export activity logs.
• Filters and export the data as needed.

Note: The export supports 10000 records if more records are displaying, apply the filter to reduce the records and export

Updates to user account management notification emails

Some of the user account management email contents are in bold letters and treated as a sense of urgency. So the email engine is treating them as phishing email 

This enhancement includes:

• Changed the words written in capital letters to small letters
• Changed the words with a sense of urgency in the email content
• Validated the latest email content by avoiding phishing signs

Remove the "Notification" option from the alert and reminder setup of Task

While creating alerts and reminders there is an option to select notification type. As Portal had been deprecated from the application, remove the notification type option.

• By default, the existing and new notification types will be email.
