Changes to Risk Rating Interpretation list screen

Purpose: To improve the usability of Risk Rating Interpretation Setup.

In this enhancement:

• The admin user should be able to configure whether the action item will be required based on Hazard risk rating values in the module setup.
• While performing the Hazard Risk Rating, the action item field will be driven with this newly introduced configuration.
• For all existing customers, this value will be updated as per the custom setting value - MakeRiskRatingActionItemMandatory so that there wouldn’t see any difference.
• Going forward, admin users will have the flexibility to change it from the UI.

Changes to Frequency, Severity, and Likelihood lookups

Currently, we have the frequency, severity and likelihood lookups displayed as a concatenated value as "Score - Name".

This enhancement improves the usability and visual representation of the risk score.
