This enhancement improves accountability and ensure compliance with training requirements.

Implementing overdue notifications in an LMS can mitigate these disadvantages by promoting timely completion of training activities, enhancing accountability, and supporting organizations in meeting compliance requirements and strategic objectives.

Auto update the overdue training outcomes

This enhancement allows you to automatically change the outcome from 'Update' to 'Overdue' after the due date is exceeded.

Ability to create a session using Job function linked with Personnel area

This enhancement shows the correct details when user selects Job Function while creating a session.

Auto-populate available data from Job Function while creating a session

To streamline the process of creating Plans by automating the association of Job Function and associated employees enhancing user efficiency and reducing manual data entry errors.

While some of the users wish to manually enter the details of Job Function and employees according to their need, we have other users who would like to have the associated details of the Training Plan. to be auto-updated thereby saving time in manual data entry, minimise errors and streamline the overall workflow.

LMS Notification hyperlink redirection to user location

This enhancement was implemented to accurately present the scope of the employee when accessing the documents page via a notification link.

The notification hyperlink will redirect the employee to his/her own location instead of showing the location of course/user who created the session.

Optimising Latency in Course/Plan Picklist in LMS

Improved performance of the screens. Users will notice reduced loading times for picklists, resulting in quicker selection of fields.
